Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe #82829

1 c sugar

2 eggs

3 T milk

3 L banana, mashed

1 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

2 c flour

1/2 c melted butter

6 oz chocolate chips

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, milk & bananas.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda & baking powder & add to wet mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Add butter & finally the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Made these the 2nd time, also without the chocolate chip. Doubled the recipe ( coz i brougt these to calamba as well as the Fudgy Brownies ,Special Restaurant Chocolate Chip Cookies) use only 3/4 cup margarine (instead of 1 cup) and 1 c sugar( instead of 2c). They turned out not so sweet. Used 10 bananas. Whirl using my FP, line above .25L Bake exactly 20min, foiled the top at the near end (when i noticed they're starting to brown) Used 1. black nonstick muffin (unlined) domed well 2. gray nonstick muffin (unlined) didn't dome as high as the black one = place this on the lower rack of oven and they burnt at bottom and sides) I wrap them in cellophane once cooled. And store in metal container (butter cookies) covered. The next day, there weren't as domed as the day i made them
