Sweet Potato Baked

Followed steps from Recipe # 13221 by:

1. Peel sweet potatoes, then sliced thin. Soaking in water to prevent browning
2. Soaked for approx 1 hour (recipe states 15min)
3. Pat dry with towel and place in Dark Large nonstick bakig sheet
4. Baked 350º around 15-20min ----> till needs more time to bake. I took it out because it curled
