Nina's Macaroni Beef Skillet

YIELDS: 1 pot of saladmaster (big)

COMMENT:
Tasted like Itilian Seasoning, sauce was just enough for the pasta. A bit bland, needs more salt and achi suggested sugar.

CHANGES:
use 300 grams noodle (shell mac, salad mac)
1 c of UFC banana ketchup
1 (250g) Hunt's tomato saucae
1 (200g) Hunt's Tomato sauce
1/2 (400g) can botton mushroom

PROCEDURE:
1. Fill 1/3 of pan with water, let it boil (approx 7-10min)
2. Once boiling, add salt, then noodles. Cover, then wait 30sec before turning off the stove.
3. Let it sit for 25min then drain.
4. Saute garlic, onion in oil. Then add beef. Cook till brown, drain excess liquid
5. Season S&P. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, worcestershire, mushroom, italian seasoning
6. Add noodle, simmer

RECIPE:

1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup onions, diced
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can mushroom stems
1/2 teaspoon Italian spices

1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions.
2. Drain; set aside.
3. Saute meat, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned.
4. Add remaining ingredients (except macaroni).
5. Bring mixture to boil; simmer gently for 5 min.
6. Mix in cooked macaroni.
7. Simmer for 5 min.
