Baked Spaghetti

YIELDS: 9x13 glass dish

COMMENT:
Taste good, slightly wet mixture. Good flavor

CHANGES:
10 oz spagetti
1 chicken breast, ground
750 g Del Monte Spagetti Sauce (sweet style)
4 tomatoes, chop
1 can botton mushroom
2/3 of Land o Lakes Cheddar Cheese (227g bar)
omit olives

EQUIPMENT:
Big saladmaster to cook spagetti and sauce separately
Lowest rack (inner) 325ยบ 9x13 40min, then sit inside a turned off oven

PROCEDURE:
1. Boil 1/3 salted water. Once boiling, add spagetti. Turned off heat and let it sit till 30min. I should stir till all are fully submerted coz some of spagetti were uncooked. Semi stick to each other, have to untangle using my fingers
2. Place little amount of oil in same pan. Cook onion til fragrant. Add ground chicken, cook til turned out. DRain exces moisture
3. Add pepper, tomato, mushroom. STir
4. Add spagetti sauce, 2 t oregano. Simmer L heat about 13min
5. ASSEMBLE: half spagetti, half meat mixture, grated cheese. Repeat
6. Combine cream of mshroom soup and hot water. Stir ---> mixtre was still thick
7. That i put globs on top of cheese. Then sprinkle more cheese on top

RECIPE:

1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 tablespoon butter
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up,don't drain
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces
1 (2 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
2 teaspoons oregano
1 lb ground beef, brown and drain
10 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1. In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter.
2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano.
3. Add cooked beef.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Place half of the cooked spaghetti in greased 13x9 baking pan.
6. Top with half the meat mix.
7. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
8. Repeat layers.
9. Mix soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole.
10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
11. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30-35 minutes, until heated through.
